Deadlines and Reservations

The deadlines for the Community Bulletin Board Circulation and the stack drop circulation are the 1st and 15th of every month. You need to get the material to us by these dates and the distribution will be completed in no more than 5 business days.

For the store display circulation you need to make a reservation 7 days prior to the beginning of circulation. We need the posters in our hands at least 2 days before circulation begins.

Please call us before the deadlines to make your reservation. Payment must be left with posters, we accept checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard.

Please address your package to SIMAA and include a note with instructions indicating the areas the materials are being distributed.
