Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern all use of SIMAA services, such as (but not limited to), creating print-ready files, adjusting files, color matching existing print files, redesigning existing logos, creating new graphics, performing photo or video shoots and processing the resulting visual files, as well as doing other artistic work (the “Service”) offered on the website (the "Site"). The result of the Service is a design, photo, or video material in a digital file format (the “File”). The Service is owned and operated by Wayne Porter (“SIMAA” or “our”).

The Service is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have policies and procedures including, without limitation, our Terms of Service, Store Policy, Privacy Policy and others available at https://www.simaapublicity/policy . Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are a part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you don't comply with this Agreement, don't use the Service.

1. Deadlines and Reservations

The deadlines for the Community Bulletin Board Circulation and the stack drop circulation are the 1st and 15th of every month. You need to get the material to us by these dates and the distribution will be completed in no more than 5 business days. For the store display circulation you need to make a reservation 7 days prior to the beginning of circulation. We need the posters in our hands at least 2 days before circulation begins. Please call us before the deadlines to make your reservation. Payment must be left with posters, we accept checks, money orders, credit/debit card payments. To pay online, you can request an invoice or pay link. Please address your package to SIMAA and include a note with instructions indicating the areas the materials are being distributed.

2. Payment Instructions

To pay by credit/debit card: 1. Book a route online 2. Request an invoice or pay link at To pay with check: Make all checks payable to SIMAA. Place check in an envelope, seal it and place in package with posters or postcards.

3. Shipping and Drop Off Locations

4. In-Store Displays

Get the highest visibility possible with this distribution method. Your posters are either hung in the storefront or in a very visible location within the store. Price varies according to size of posters and amount being posted. Call For Rates: 510-464-3033. Email:

5. Bulletin Board Discounts

You will save the most money and get the best response by keeping your flyers/posters in front of your customers on a continual basis. To keep your advertising on the bulletin boards for prolonged periods we strongly recommend maintenance posting which comes with a 10% discount for consecutive postings with the same poster prepaid. 5% Discount Any 3 Routes 10% Discount Any 4 Routes 15% Discount Saturation Route 20% Discount Super Saturation Route 5% Discount Non-profits
